- se andate in aereo comnicate alla compagnia aerea il vostro problema, praticamente quasi tutte le compagnie non low cost hanno un menu senza glutine
- stampate in molteplici copie la restaurant card in portoghese da far avere al cuoco per spiegare il problema ( trovate il link nel menù a destra: restaurant card)
- scegliete piatti che ad occhio siano gluten free prima di chiedere al cuoco la reale assenza di glutine.
- portatevi dietro comunque dissenten e tutto quello che vi può aiutare a stare meno male se qualcosa andasse storto
- portatevi da casa biscotti e cracker sufficienti per spuntini e colazioni
